The time has come to gather your lucky items and test you luck as the Powerball lottery jackpot continues to grow.

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday, April 27 rose to an estimated $454 million with a cash option of $271.9 million

Three winners claimed a stake in what still stands as the nation's largest lottery jackpot

with winning tickets sold in three states (California, Florida and Tennessee) on Jan. 13, 2016. The jackpot was $1.586 billion.

No one won the Powerball on Monday, April 25. The winning numbers are 12, 18, 20, 39, and 61, and the Powerball is 10. The Power Play was 2X.

No one matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot, but one ticket purchased

in Texas matched all five numbers except for the Powerball worth $1 million.

A ticket bought in North Carolina matched all five numbers except for the Powerball and included the Power Play worth $2 million.

Powerball tickets are $2 apiece. Tack on the Power Play for $1 and your non-jackpot winnings could be multiplied up to five times.

Players can multiply non-jackpot wins up to 10 times when the jackpot is $150 million or less.

Approximately 1 in every 24.87 Powerball tickets sold are winners. The likelihood of winning the jackpot is 1 in 292,201,338.
